Residence La Paz
Two blocks from El Malecón you will find this beautiful colonial styled Residence which has four suites and one Grand Suite. Our suites are spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms both have air conditioners. As part of our service we include snacks and drinks that you can enjoy for free.
The Residence has different common areas where you will enjoy the peaceful environment.
Lounge
On the second floor you will find a place to relax with TV and sound system or enjoy our open bar with an Honor System. You can play board games like chess, backgammon, domino, Uno, etc.
Solarium
On the third level you will be amused by the sunsets by simply relaxing on the sun loungers by the terrace or at the jacuzzi (with temperature water between 90 an 92 F°). Towels available and ice. Also soft drinks with the Honor system. Drip coffee is available for free.
Dining room
Located on the top floor (4th) we serve a full American breakfast from 8:00 to 11:30 am. You can enjoy the view of La Paz Bay from inside or in the beautiful terrace.
Generals
Front desk open from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm, if you arrive after this time, please give us a call 30 minutes before arriving in order to have time that a receptionist will receive you.
Electronic keys to enter the facility and room.
At Check-in time you will receive 3 different electronic card. Reception will explain.
The Residence has elevator until the third floor.
